Your hosts Dale and Jo Turner welcome you to the Seaspray Bed and Breakfast. This lovely Victorian guest house has been completely refurbished to a high standard and we are proud to have recently gained a silver award to add to our 4 star guest accomodation rating.

Our B&B is situated on Hastings promenade, 100m west of Hastings pier, the front of our B and B boasts panoramic views of Hastings and St Leonards seafront and English Channel.

Our B and B is 10mins walk from two mainline railway stations (Hastings & StLeonards Warrior Square) and National Express Coach pick up points in Hastings town and St Leonards Warrior Square, our Bed And Breakfast is ideally located for your stay, 5 minutes walk into Hasting and St Leonards on Sea town centres; 15 minute walk to Hastings Old Town. The rooms in the B&B are very well equipped and comfortable with white crisp bedding, and our double rooms offering roomy 6ft beds. We also have one ground floor room.

Our rooms

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, hot and cold water, mini fridges, flat screen TVs, Wi-fi,  central heating, ceiling fans and double glazing. The double and twin rooms have en-suite shower room/WC and are large enough to take extra beds/cot by prior arrangement. Some of the rooms have sea views and there are ground floor rooms available.

Within 5 minutes level walk from all local amenities, the White Rock Theatre, pier and town centre. There are also bowling greens, museums, pubs, and restaurants, town centre tourist attractions and two main-line train stations (St Leonards Warrior Square and Hastings) nearby.

Highwoods Golf Club
Measuring 6218 yards this Par 70 course offers a fair challenge of golf along the tree lined fairways and a stream which comes into play on six of the holes.  Hitting into elevated greens also increase the course' challenge

Sedlescombe Golf Club
The lakes, ponds, bunkers and woodland on the 6,269 yard, par 72 course offer a challenge to the scratch golfer, while the average golfer will enjoy some spectacular golf with a variety of obstacles in one of the prettiest corners of England.

Cooden Beach Golf Club
Cooden Beach combines the fun of links-style golf with constantly changing battles with the wind blowing in from Beachy Head. Age too is no barrier as the springy turf is always pleasant to walk on and the undulations are gentle enough for the most mature of players.

Beauport Park Golf Club
Situated between the towns of Hastings and Battle, this 18-hole 6,325-yard parkland course is a 'must visit' on your trip to Sussex.  The course is fairly traditional and is mapped out in two halves. The front nine is a true test of golf for all levels of player, with the majority of holes requiring careful positional play from the tee
