Open all year round, Holkham Cottage is a family run business in a large detached Edwardian family house situated in the picturesque village of Dersingham, Norfolk. Close to Royal Sandringham and the unspoilt coastline of Norfolk. The area offers glorious walks, bird watching, a wealth of historic houses, cycling, horse riding and country pursuits as well as being close to Peddars Way. Located just 5 miles from the seaside town of Hunstanton and the market town of King's Lynn. We are able to offer our guests off-road parking and safe storage for your bicycle or motor bike. If you are travelling to us via train we are able to collect you from the local Kings Lynn train station, please let us know if you require any assistance when making a booking.

Bed & Breakfast from £25 per person per night.
All our rooms are furnished to a high standard and are well equipped. We offer double, twin and single rooms on a bed and breakfast basis from £25.00 per person per night (subject to seasonal variations on price). We can also offer special rates for longer staying guests (over 1 week), as well as for guests who do not require breakfast.

Evening meals are available by arrangement (mainly in off peak times), served with fresh local produce, special diets can be catered for. Please ask for further details.
With a little bit of prior notice we can provide you with a tasty picnic (homemade soup, cheese and crusty bread or sandwiches, crisps and fruit – the choice is yours)
On warm days if you would like your breakfast served in our lovely garden please ask!

King’s Lynn Golf Club
Situated just a few miles to the North of the historic market town of King's Lynn at Castle Rising is one of East Anglia's premier golf clubs. Carved out of the picturesque North West Norfolk pine and silver birch forests just down the road from the Royal Sandringham Estate this sandy well-drained course compares favourably with some of the finest inland courses in the UK.
Our Par 71 (70 Ladies) course comprises eighteen holes in a magnificent parkland setting. With many mature specimen trees and strategically placed water features the course presents a challenge to golfers of all abilities. Your round of golf at Middleton Hall will be memorable for the many spectacular views that the course affords and the friendly welcome that you will receive.
Hunstanton Golf Club
Lying on the northwestern coast of Norfolk, Hunstanton Golf Club, though not quite as tough as some of the Open Championship courses, is still a real challenge for all links enthusiasts. The links is of the highest calibre, offers countless superb holes and boasts greens that are amongst the finest and slickest in England.
It is an attractive parkland course with excellent drainage and a great reputation for being in immaculate condition all year round, particularly the greens. It's fairly flat terrain is easy on the legs and the many trees and excellent views over the surrounding countryside make it an extremely pleasant and popular place to play golf
Heacham Manor Golf Club
Designed in a links style the course will challenge all golfers, a long course at over 7,000 yards means it will be one of the longest in Norfolk, however with a number of teeing areas on each hole the course will be playable for all handicaps.
Searles Golf Club
Welcoming, 9 Hole par 34 Course open to all on a pay and play basis. Designed in a links style with good large greens and the Heacham River winding through the 3rd and 4th hole. A ten bay driving range is available to learn improve, or warm up prior to playing.
